David Yang, Partner, co-heads CID's US operations. David brings with him not only legal expertise but also a thorough understanding of the American-style VC industry. David currently sits on the boards of Memsic and Ooyala. David is a graduate of University of Michigan and Cornell Law School where he was member of the law review. He is a member of the California Bar and has practiced corporate law with Jones Day Reavis Pogue and Tsar & Tsai Law in Taiwan.
